The PLUS Company is a nonprofit organization that serves over 400 adults with disabilities in Southern New Hampshire and the Greater Merrimack Valley in Massachusetts.
Our mission is to empower adults with disabilities to maximize their independence through customized supports and services. This includes educational classes, vocational training, daily living supports, on-the-job supports, and full residential programming.
Our goal is to allow our clients to learn the skills necessary to become full, productive members of their communities.

Community Services
We provide customized programming based on the needs of the individual including life skills, social opportunities, community access, education and enrichment activities and employment training and vocational support. Learn more.

All living situations are designed to suit individual needs, whether through staffed residences, Enhanced Family Care, staffed apartments, or companion and roommate programs. Learn more.
Employment Services
The PLUS Company Career and Business Services department provides career assessment, employment skills training, job development and on-the-job support for individuals with disabilities who wish to be employed. Learn more.
Educational Services
The PLUS Company offers over 60 different Adult Education and Enrichment classes each month. Class include everything from health and fitness, coping with anxiety, financial literacy, and cooking to art and pet therapy.

Health and Wellness
Health and wellness supports at The PLUS Company focus on both the mind and body. PLUS currently has two registered nurses on staff, who serve as clinical resources for clients, staff, and their families.
