Crotched Mountain Foundation provides community based services to children and adults with disabilities throughout New Hampshire.
Our programs include: Crotched Mountain Community Care, independent case management services for seniors and adults with unique needs throughout New Hampshire; day and residential services for adults with disabilities; and support for children with disabilities to help them learn in the community.
