Visions for Creative Housing Solutions
Visions for Creative Housing Solutions provides supportive housing with wrap-around services for adults with developmental disabilities and similar disabling conditions, supporting growth and independence through vocational, social, and recreational opportunities.
The organization currently supports eleven residents in shared and individual apartments and two shared houses in a safe rural setting in Enfield, New Hampshire. Visions is developing two additional sites, one each in Lebanon and in Hanover. Visions was founded to proactively address an orderly transition of care for adults with developmental and similar disabilities from the homes of their aging parents to a stable, reliable and caring environment.
