Residential Resources, Inc. strives to enhance the quality of life for people with developmental and acquired disabilities by ensuring their presence and participation in community life. It is our belief that such participation is contingent on a person’s ability to make choices for themselves. To this end, we provide supports that encourage self-confidence, self-esteem, and the ability to establish meaningful and long-lasting relationships in the community.

Staffed Programs
Our staffed programs enable individuals or groups of up to three to live in a home setting with 24-hour, onside skilled support. Depending on each person’s abilities ad circumstances, services can range from decision making guidance to support with daily living skills, impulse control peoples medical needs or other challenges. Our Service Team works with each person living in the home and their family to customize a Service Plan that best services their needs and desires.
Shared Living
Our Shared Living services enables participants to enjoy living with a family or roommate in a home setting. Based on shared values and interests, participants are matched with people who are well-qualified and dedicated o helping them achieve their personal goals.
Community Support Services
Our community Support Service enables people who require limited assistance to live in their own homes ad maximize their independence. Daily or weekly support may include assistance in the areas of personal care, money management, community integration, transportation, shopping assistance, medical monitoring, diet and menu planning, vacation planning, and other assistance pertaining to community living.
Self-Directed Services
People (or involved family) receiving services in the NH developmental service system are now able to manage and design what services they wish to receive. This opportunity is also open to families that are interested in becoming more responsible for the day to day operation of the service. Not only does the person (or family) maintain responsibility for directing the actual service, they are also responsible for managing the budget. This service is not for everyone and should be thoroughly discussed during the annual planning meeting.
Community Participation Services (CPS)
Residential Resources provides a wide range of Community Participation Services (CPS) that focus on meeting the needs of the person served. There are opportunities for community integration, functional communication, social skills and vocational skill building. A typical day service may consist of 1:1 staffing, typically providing services directly out of the person’s home. We are also able to provide CPS to groups of people. These staffing ratios are often one staff to two persons served, it can be different depending on each person’s needs.
Service Coordination
Our service coordinators assist people and their families to gain access to services and supports appropriate to their needs. We use a person-centered planning process to develop, implement, and maintain a plan that is highly individualized and focuses on getting the right services for the right needs.
