We provide Residential, Community-Based Participation, Supported Employment, Counseling, an assortment of outdoor rec/leisure & therapeutic movement and independent living options. We pride ourselves and specialize in employment driven outcomes for all.
Life Transition Services promotes opportunity, growth and independence for students and adults by providing support and assistance according to each individual’s abilities, interests and needs.
